CSP’s consider capacity building and the development of a skilled workforce to be key to the achievement of our outcomes, whether that be high quality coaches inspiring continued participation and improving levels of performance, leisure centre staff providing a welcoming high quality environment to support retention in sport or sports development practitioners with the skills to develop people and organisations.
